Accident Investigation
Rich works with a true accident reconstructionist.
I used to be a police officer, deputy sheriff and a state trooper. Police investigate accidents for a different purpose than I do as an attorney on behalf of accident victims. The police are there to aid the injured or look for evidence of criminal wrongdoing. It is not the job of police officers to establish civil liability on the part of either party in an accident. That's why I hire professionally trained true accident reconstructionists. These are people specifically trained in math, physics, road construction, and other factors necessary to determine who is at fault in an accident.
